Question about Minecraft Mods

So I use this modpack called CJB. It has many useful parts to it. Fly, Xray, minmap and general info like time item damage or where weather is.

So my question is this; should I disable these extra parts apart from fly while I play on the server?

Minimap is fine, flying will be disabled anyway, x-ray is a DEFINITE no no.

Ok I can change the xray on and off. I sort of guessed that anyway. Thanks for the reply.
